Awareness

 

When talking of Awareness we must consider it as something that belongs to the Energetic part of us, rather than to the mind.
I will explain this better.
To be aware, first of all we must use our Minds: it is the Mind which tells us how attentive we must be in a particular situation. When our thoughts are focused on something, the Mind tells us that we are aware at that precise moment.
I would prefer to define all this as attention: the moment that we are attentive, we are present in that situation.
Awareness develops instead on the Energetic level.
Our attention gives off a vibration which the Energy then “enters” and makes it become aware. The Energy is conscious of what we are experiencing at that moment, meaning that it simply registers the way we are living the situation.
I insist on trying to explain this mechanism, because the human being ,made up of body, soul and Energetic Spirit, needs to understand how everything is correlated, how the body, Mind, Spirit and Energy are not separate entities, NO, the human being is all One.
The Forces are interconnected, there is a continuous exchange from our earthly part pertaining to the Mind, and the “cosmic” part linked to the Energy.
The body’s cells vibrate in a different way whether you are Aware or not.
This is because Awareness is a frequency, a vibration that spreads through our entire being, and as we are made up of atoms, we need to vibrate in a harmonious way. This can only happen through Awareness.
If we do not focus on what we are doing, we become unbalanced because we are distracted by thoughts that are different to the action we are actually concerned with. To do one thing and think about something else, to think about tomorrow, to do something while our thoughts are lost in dreaming: all this means acting without Awareness.
Awareness on the other hand, obliges the human being to pay attention to the present moment, and I repeat – while attention is the mental part, it transforms into vibrations, depending on the way we express it.
It is the way we try to be present regarding the event, meeting or situation, that makes us emit a particular frequency.
This frequency obviously has a strong impact on all of our being, which is made up of atoms and cells, and therefore it is instrumental in helping us vibrate in a harmonious way.
Why? Because we have accepted only the influence of that moment.
What destabilizes the Energy are constant vibrational changes which happen when you do not live in the present, but you are thinking about yesterday or tomorrow, thus creating the conditions for energetic instability.
If you create Energetic instability you do the same to your cells, and this can open the door to illness.
One of the best ways to regain strength and health is to use Awareness, forcing ourselves to live in the present, every second, with extreme Awareness.
At the beginning it may seem difficult because the Mind deviates our thoughts, it usually assimilates more than one thing, to do something and think of something else.Awareness only asks you to be present to the moment and live it with total commitment.
To overcome the initial difficulties, you need to apply yourself:you need to recall your Mind when it starts to wander, bringing back your mental focus on the job you are doing. In time this becomes automatic, and leads you to live in the NOW.
I am here and NOW, I live in the here and NOW. This is the first step towards Awareness.
The most intense state of Awareness, the state that must permeate us until our Harmony is really stable, continuous and not influenced by external matters, like anxiety and fear, is the Awareness of who we are and where we want to go.
When we have asked ourselves this question, when we have understood that we are not alone, and we are not here just by chance, that we are not on this Earth to live it out at the very least in a dignified way, with some gratification, no, the purpose of our presence on this Earth is to evolve our Energy, to live a series of experiences that will lead us to vibrate in a frequency continuously crescendo and harmonious. When it is clear to us that nothing happens by chance, that our goal is Evolution, then we have a different Awareness, because we are able to understand the meaning of every encounter and every event, conscious of what Life wants to tell us through these experiences.
When we are faced with difficulties, we understand that we have been given them because the process of overcoming them will help us to understand ourselves better, and being conscious of the type of vibration we must emit helps us in the personal knowledge of ourselves.
We can react with calm and dignity, or with anger, fear, superficiality and haste, and it is through these reactions that our understanding and Awareness increases.
The person who is aware, is the person who lives every second of his Life in communion with himself, who knows that his task is to advance his Energy, and to consider other people, and all that surrounds him as a means to achieve this goal:
TO REACH A STABLE INTERIOR HARMONY, CONCRETE AND IN A CERTAIN WAY INVIOLABLE ( I say “in a certain way” because Harmony can be destabilized momentarily without causing any harm)
A concrete Harmony is that which you can consciously perceive, that you live with Awareness, which is perceptible to others, and can only arise when the person has the certainties of which I have previously talked about.
TO BE PART OF THE WHOLE, TO BE ON THIS EARTH NOT BY CHANCE, BUT AS PART OF A PRECISE PLAN, AND FROM THIS, THROUGH YOUR WAY OF LIVING, OF ACTING ,OF CONCRETE PARTICIPATION, IT IS POSSIBLE TO DEVELOP YOUR INTERIOR SELF, AND THUS YOUR ENERGY.
