Today we will consolidate the harmonic vibrations we have within us.
To do this, it is necessary that we do not recognize them.
This seems incredible, because one thinks: ”What do I have to consolidate? I can clarify the harmonies and disharmonies within me” and….it doesn’t work like that, because where there is the will and the determination, consolidation doesn’t happen.
Consolidation happens on a vibrational level, therefore it absolutely ignores the Mind.
So we won’t go searching within ourselves for those vibrations that are harmonious, or disharmonious, but relaxing and breathing deeply, with an inner Silence, we will be guided to this consolidation.
The first image that I suggest to you is a sphere…………very small, weightless, shining.
Let us put this sphere above us, hanging above us.
Luminous rays are emitted by the sphere, some of them pass through us.
The pass through us, permeate us and drag us inside the sphere.
NOW we are part of the shining sphere.
The sphere begins to rotate slowly, and we move with it and feel completely in peace.
The movement becomes more rapid, we rotate more quickly, gathering speed, we are immersed in a vortex of Light.
Part of us feels uncomfortable at this moment, we are unable to surrender totally to the vortex that is making us vibrate at an ever greater speed.
There is resistance, maybe fear, we are not able to surrender to it.
The sphere starts to slow down, slowly, it stops, and detaches itself from us.
What has happened? We have realized that we are not completely adhering yet to the Light, that there is still some resistance within us that creates fear and uneasiness.
Let us observe the sphere: it is above us again, bright, ever brighter: we try to force ourselves to see it as something that welcomes us.
NOW we freely decide to fully enter the sphere: it is not the sphere that captures us, but a conscious, aware decision to enter into the Light.
We are inside the sphere again, we are part of the sphere, and we let ourselves be rocked by it.
There are no thoughts, no fear, we are full of curiosity, we want to understand if we can support the vortex produced by the sphere.
The sphere moves, gathering pace, more and more….we are at peace.
In the whirling Light we are no longer ourselves: it is our vibrations, frequencies, our Awareness that is emerging in the Light.
We find a sense of peace as we fluctuate in the vortex of Light.
No thoughts, no fear, only peace.
The vibrations whirl, they mingle together but without touching: each vibration permeates the other.
A powerful force is now shaking the sphere, it is Love, the vibration of Love.
This vibration impetuously invades us, it is like the wind that causes turmoil, a beneficial, wholesome turmoil that invades every particle of us.
Our vibrations and frequencies absorb this Love, they are permeated with it, everything is enhanced.
We are no longer individuals with our personalities, but we are the Whole, we are filled with Love manifested by the Whole.
Breathing deeply, let us enjoy this moment.
There is absolute Silence within us, no thoughts: we are Peace and Harmony.
Slowly we resume contact with ourselves: we are here, sitting down, we have a body, but we are also in the sphere with the Light.

Let us unite these two realities: allowing the Light to invade us all, even NOW when we are aware of where we are.
We are no longer in the sphere, but the Light is within us, in our material body, sitting here, but with our cells full of Light.
Now we are going to perceive ourselves as beings that are expanding. Our magnetic fields are touching. We have become one magnetic field.
Before the sphere was “personal” NOW it has become one, for all of us.
It enfolds us, it illuminates us, it penetrates us and together we begin to whirl around.
A beam of Light passes swiftly through us. It is rapid because there are no obstacles.
It does not illuminate our personalities but our Energy, the most genuine and deepest part of us, the part of the Being that we all have.
There is unity in the Being, in the Personality there is division.
When we regain our identity we must remember this: force yourselves to live, reason and present yourselves with your Being.
Look on your Personality with Irony, Relativity, Lightness; don’t take yourselves too seriously.
We have consolidated the harmonic vibrations.
These will drag other vibrations that are not yet harmonic towards Harmony.
It is the part of you that is most conscious, most genuine because it is the most energetic, and it will accompany your Life.
Do not worry about the results: just think about being in Harmony with yourselves, do not be conditioned by others or events.
You alone are responsible for your actions.
The Force that comes from Harmony is tangible because it attracts harmonious situations, because it puts you into a stream of Harmony and solutions.
The last good resolution, must be to take great care about living with the vibration of Being.
