The Earth suffers and we are living moments of great distress, a great multitude of human beings live in total anguish. This should not unsettle to the point of destabilizing the Life of those who are not directly involved in these events.
This is important because anyway the Earth must keep its equilibrium.
When we participate in the suffering of others it must be in a loving way, it must make us reflect on our way of living, on the choices that humanity has made, on the damage we have inflicted on the Earth, how we ignore Life, the true Life, but after these reflections our lives must flow with serenity.
We must not get angry thinking only about painful situations: each one of us finds ourselves in the place that Life has assigned to us, therefore if this suffering has not touched you personally then you must not search for it at all costs.
Faced with the suffering of others, if your thoughts are “luckily it hasn’t happened to me” this is obviously a negative thought, but when we think about the suffering and our reaction is of loving comprehension and compassion, then we cannot feel guilty, and I repeat, we must continue our lives with serenity.
We must be absolutely sincere with ourselves, no pretense, just understanding that sometimes we immerse ourselves in the pain of others to drive out our own.
This is not good for us, it makes us deviate.
In this moment the Earth needs people who are extremely conscious and this Awareness can be lived only if the person knows himself very well, accepts himself and loves himself.
Do not be afraid to always be yourselves, don’t compare yourselves to others if you are not understood: the time for conflict and logical reasoning is over, now is the time for Awareness.
Whoever acts with Awareness helps Evolution.
Evolution needs each one of you.
