Let us think about ourselves for a Moment in an abstract way:
we don’t have a Body and we are not made of Living Matter, we are an enormous question Mark.
Who are we? What are we? We must give ourselves answers to these Questions, filling them with the Contents from the Mind, and most of all from the Heart.
At this Moment I am a Body that suffers or am I a Spirit that is searching through the Pain, the Trials and the Fatigue of the Illness, its Dimension?
This is an extremely important Concept.
Remember that the Spirit and Energy do not suffer: it is the human Mind, Personality and Body that creates, produces and supports Suffering.
The Spirit observes and the Energy takes note of it.
When we say that our Energy is suffering it is an Error, because to suffer is the human, tangible Part of the Individual, as is the Mind with its Thoughts, which are so often very painful.
We must force ourselves to see us as Energy.
Let us Visualise a Point in front of us, like a bright, perfect, harmonious atom, devoid of Suffering and especially Doubts.
The atom IS.
NOW we must succeed in defining these Doubts, and neutralise them so they are harmless.
To Self Heal oneself it is essential that you are Certain that you can do it.
Only in this way the divine Part within us that creates and contains all the Solutions is free to continue.
Let us ask ourselves why we are suffering.
Why is this Problem of being Unwell so important in my Life?
I will suggest an Answer: because through this Illness I prevent myself from living my Life to the full.
I have a Problem – which I see as real – and where I must direct all my Energy.
I cannot live my life to the full because I am Sick.
This Answer must make us reflect, because it hides the Fear of giving free expression to all that is profound and authentic in us.
It limits us to live a Part of us, which is only a facade.
We want to hide our Weaknesses because we are ashamed of them, but in doing so, we obstruct all that is Excellent in us.
We must relax, unwind the question Mark and make it a luminous point.
Let us emanate this Certainty, repeating within us:
I am part of the divine, I am the divine, I want and can get better, I can and want to get better.
The luminous Point is a Seal on this Assertion.
